Whilst Barnstaple retains its County Court/Family Court, many family law and divorce cases and children Law cases from North Devon (particularly the more complex cases and social services cases) are heard in Court in Exeter. Havng Exeter offices is helpful to North Devon clients and we can assist Barnstaple and North Devon clients by a combination of face to face meetings in Barnstaple and Exeter and by videoconference. This assists North Devon clients to benefit from the wide and deep expertise within our team.
