London Marathon Update

London Marathon Update

May was a very busy time for us.

I have been working on how to progress the business and how to improve the service we provide to our clients.

I have some important announcements to make in the near future and will post these separately.

In all this, I did not get round to recording that I did indeed finish the London Marathon in a time of 4:04:57

It was the best I could do on the day, but I had hoped to do better. Unfortunately, my training had been disrupted by being ill in March. Nevermind. It was a great day out. The atmosphere was incredible. I saw Paula Radcliffe speeding along in the opposite direction at one point.

Most importantly I raised some money for Balloons which is a very worthy local charity offering free counselling for bereaved

children. I can always go faster another time…

Thanks to all those who supported me
