The full-time salary range we had in mind was £17,000.00 – 22,000.00 per year with a discretionary bonus. Salary would depend upon experience and qualification and would be on a pro rata basis if full-time hours were not worked.
Being part of the team
This is an exciting opportunity. Personality and enthusiasm are as important as experience. We are a small practice and so it is important that we can all get on together and be able to enjoy work. The role is not being a small cog in a large organisation but rather being a large cog in a small organisation. This means it will include both taking responsibility for tasks and also doing mundane tasks. Communication between the team is extremely important as is being able to take pleasure out of making a difference to the lives of our clients. As the practice grows there is very much scope for the role to develop.
There is no specific closing date other than we will stop looking/interviewing as soon as we find the right person. If you would like to apply or have more information please email me in confidence on firstname.lastname@example.org I am happy to have a brief chat over the phone in confidence.
