Abby Cribb - About Me

Abby Cribb
Client Service Manager Rate per hour N/A

I am the Client Services Manager here at Ian Walker Family Law and Mediation Solicitors and part of the On-boarding team.

I am the first point of call for all new and existing clients at the firm, and always happy to help you.

I aim to provide the best possible standards of service in order to help assist on your journey.

In my professional career I have worked within various sectors but always within the Client Care field of some variety and always working with clients.

Initially I worked as a fully qualified Beautician before moving to a client services role with Bupa Healthcare.

Studying with CILEx Law School

I had originally planned to go to University and had wanted to study Law. Circumstances intervened, but in 2019 the opportunity arose to revisit my legal ambitions. I am now studying with CILEx Law School to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive and I hope in time to qualify as a lawyer.

What I enjoy most about my role with Ian Walker Family Law and Mediation Solicitors is helping people, working with clients and improving the client experience we offer.

Here to help

From the moment a new client calls into the firm I am here to assist and guide them through and get them the help/assistance they need with the correct Solicitor.

I am always on hand therefore as a point of contact for clients with anything they may need help or assist with.

A tip to any new prospective client – do not be afraid to make that call

A tip I would like to give to any new prospective client, who the thought of making that first initial call can be daunting would be: do not be afraid to make that call.

I am here to guide and help you get the legal advice you need but I also understand the thought of calling a solicitor can be an anxious one.

Also – ask as many questions as you like. I may not have all the answers in that first initial call however your solicitor will have and I am here to get you the help and advice you need.

In my spare time

In my spare time I enjoy beach walks with my Shih Tzu Rosie.

I enjoy supporting Exeter Chiefs and West Bromwich Albion, Yoga and Meditation.

Currently I, along with my family are involved in The Children’s Alliance in commissioning to see a Minister of Children appointed into Cabinet. This is a big goal but something I feel strongly about is Children’s future and the need for them to have a voice now more than ever which is presented at the highest level. We are currently fundraising and have set the wheels in motion in hopes to inspire future generations.
