Our business is a limited company no. 8178217. It run by its directors and is owned by its shareholders. We use the titles, Partner and Associate as marketing styles. We use the title Partner for our most senior lawyers (both employed and consultant) who have mostly been partners in law practices which operate using the partnership model. We use the title Associate to refer to our experienced lawyers (both employed and consultant), who are working toward partner designation. We hope that using these styles will assist potential clients to compare the breadth of experience in our team, in comparison to other legal practices.
